Meet and assist at airport and visit to Islamic Museum which contains 80,000 rare artistic antiquities dating from the dawn of Islam till the end of the Ottoman period. Then, a drive to The Citadel area to watch the Alabaster Mosque which was built in the Ottoman style and is distinguished by it's dome and it's two minarets. From its courtyard, one can view the capital, the Nile, and the Pyramids. Finally, a visit to one of the oldest universities in the world, namely, Al Azhar Mosque. Dinner and overnight in Cairo. |
